    I was at the Pottsville Friendly Restaurant on 6/26/2019 at lunch time with my husband. We ordered chicken wraps. Service from the kitchen was very poor. It took at least 45min to get our food. The waitress said they were backed up in the kitchen yet the restaurant wasn't that crowded. When we entered the restaurant we stood several minutes before being seated. I have eaten at other Friendly restaurants and never had this poor service. We won't go back there again. Very disappointed.....

    The service was friendly, ice cream was good, food not as much. Barely warm and off flavor.

    Family outing to celebrate a 90th birthday; very dissatisfied: Cold air(esp. too cold for Nana), ceiling tiles removed, bugs flying around, hot food cold n burgers overcooked/burnt. Waitress tried her best to compensate with kindness and packing food up to take home as staying to eat was decidedly no way to celebrate. No offer by management to compensate for unacceptable conditions.....place should not be opened til unhealthy/unsafe condition resolved.

    Not a fan of there food. Ice cream on the other hand is good.

    Nothing special, if you want fruit flies flying in your face this is your place to be, absolutely disgusting!Food wasn’t great either, milkshake was the only thing they made it worth it. Never will be back! Waiter was really nice also!
